Harry Peirson

I oversee all operations related to vehicle servicing and repairs. I coordinate appointments, organise our technicians and manage jobs going through the workshop. I liaise directly with customers ensuring that they are informed about the service process, potential costs, and timelines. It’s my responsibility to ensure that our team is equipped with the latest training to address any vehicle issues. I also manage inventory, order parts when necessary, and handle any service-related disputes or issues. My goal is to ensure that every vehicle leaves our garage in optimal condition and that our customers are satisfied with the service they receive.
