As head of the HR department at Makefast, I use my knowledge and experience to support the company Directors and Management team in developing policy and procedures to align with the business goals. I am responsible for all aspects of employee relations, engagement, training and development, performance management and reward. I enjoy seeing the business and individuals grow and succeed in everything they do.
