We work with people, and every single person is unique, meaning no two days are the same. We spend time with a variety of companies getting to know their needs, to then find them the right person(s) for their job role. This involves testing a person’s skills & abilities, but also taking time to chat to them and understand what makes them tick. Companies pay us when we find them the right person. As well as a salary, Consultants get a bonus when they find someone work.
