My 33 yrs of experience in public event management helped small embryonic events with fledgling organisers grow to large, established, specialist shows attracting over 30000 visitors each year. At Weston Park we also developed our own"home grown" events, My input and operational skills helped develop and establish these quickly using my experience gained in a passionate industry developing my staffs talents and motivating them to succeed in many challenging circumstances. I had a very talented and loyal team to which i was very proud of.
