Supervisor

As a supervisor I plan out what jobs are required daily, check that work is being maintained to a high quality and in efficient time, I also help with the individual training of new employees and work with staff on assemblies of products and work out a more efficient way to produce them. Constant improvement of our current range and development of new projects is something I like doing. My favourite part of my job is when I see a new project make it to the production line.
