Production Manager

As the production manager it is my job to liaise with the planning department and manufacturing supervisors to achieve the monthly output target for the company and hit on time delivery to the customer, whilst focussing on quality to ensure we maintain our reputation of having good quality products. As a team we regularly have to problem solve to overcome manufacturing obstacles that mean we won’t achieve these targets which makes the job interesting.
